For $60 per photo, we can replace the furniture in the room, and virtual renovation projects begin at $100 per photo.

How Long Does a Photoshoot Take?
Our photographers typically spend 30 to 60 minutes on-site, with larger properties and additional services requiring extra time. To ensure a smooth and timely experience, the property must be fully prepared and photo-ready before the scheduled appointment. Due to our commitment to efficiency and respecting all clients’ time, our photographers follow a strict schedule and cannot accommodate delays for last-minute preparations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations owing to inclement weather do not incur a cancellation fee, with all other cancellations requiring 24 hours of notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee, including the following instances: 1.An unprepared site for shooting that would require more than 30 minutes of preparation to be readied or the client decides to reschedule. However, no charge will be incurred if another unit on the property is ready to be photographed during the time the photographer is on-site. 2. Transport delays on the part of our client in excess of 30 minutes. 3. Tenants that refuse entry to the photography team. 4. The photographer cannot access the property owing to a mistake on the part of the client to adequately arrange for access. 5. The client is not present for the appointment.
But please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Which rooms and areas will be photographed?
Generally, the entire property and all rooms are photographed. If there are any areas you'd prefer to exclude or minimize, please inform your photographer.
Am I allowed to tip my photographer?
Absolutely! you're always welcome to give personal tips directly to your photographer on-site.
Will the photographer arrange or stage my property for the shoot?
For safety and liability reasons, our photographers can only assist with light staging, such as fluffing pillows, adjusting blankets, closing toilet seats, turning off TVs, and straightening chairs. To ensure the best results, we recommend that clients clean, prepare, and stage the property to their preference before the shoot.
When is payment due?
Payment is required upon completion of the photoshoot. An invoice will be emailed to you immediately after the session.
Can I review all of the images and select the ones I want?
We focus on capturing only the best shots, and typically only take a few extra beyond what the project requires. As such, we do not offer a proofing service. If there are specific shots you'd like, please let your photographer know—we’re happy to accommodate your requests.
Can we move things from one room to another?
No,Clients are generally expected to prepare the property in advance to minimize the need for moving items. This is particularly important if multiple services are being provided in one visit, as constant rearranging can slow down the process.
